Shipping Policy

All KADO Japan orders ship directly from Japan. We pack every order carefully and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Tracking is included on all shipments.
Carriers
DHL Express
Fastest option. Door-to-door with real-time tracking. Typically 3–7 business days worldwide.
Japan Post — EMS / Airmail
Standard international post. EMS: 5–14 business days. Airmail: 10–21 business days depending on destination.
The carrier and service level available for your order are shown at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 JST on business days are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, limited-release drops, or periods of high order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Times are estimates from dispatch date. Delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or force-majeure events are outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties
Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs inspection fees levied by your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost shown at checkout. We declare the full commercial value on all customs documents as required by law — we cannot mark shipments as "gift" or under-declare values.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships. You can also track your order any time from the Track Your Order page. DHL shipments are tracked in real time. Japan Post tracking updates may be less frequent in transit countries.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the item immediately and email us at support@kadojapan.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. For parcels stuck in transit beyond the maximum estimated delivery time, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Pre-order Shipping
Pre-ordered items ship once released by the manufacturer in Japan. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, they will ship separately at no extra charge. We will notify you by email if a pre-order release date changes materially.
